Gele Galore LLC is a luxury artisan fashion house handcrafting crown wraps rooted in cultural heritage, built by trained hands in Augusta, Georgia. All products are handmade to standard.

Use of This Site

Products

All items are handmade. As such, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are expected and are part of what makes each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.

 

Product availability is not guaranteed. Limited run items may sell out without notice.

Design Ownership

The designs, construction methods, and creative works embodied in Gele Galore products are the proprietary intellectual property of Gele Galore LLC. These designs were originated and developed by Shamiria Bailey, Founder and Creative Director of Gele Galore LLC, beginning in 2018. Reproduction, imitation, or commercial use of any Gele Galore design without prior written permission from Gele Galore LLC is strictly prohibited and may constitute intellectual property infringement subject to applicable state and federal law.

No Warranty

Products are sold as-is. Gele Galore LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any product for a particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated in our product descriptions.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or errors in pricing. If your order is cancelled you will be notified and any charge will be refunded. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on gelegalore.com — including but not limited to the Gele Galore name, logo, photography, copy, and brand assets — is the property of Gele Galore LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Email List & Communications

By joining the Founding List or any Gele Galore email list, you consent to receive marketing communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Limitation of Liability

Gele Galore LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through mediation in Augusta, Georgia before pursuing litigation in the courts of Richmond County, Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
